Why New Kalkallo Homes See Rats and Mice

My Kalkallo home is only a couple of years old — do I need a termite inspection?

Yes. Kalkallo’s estates are built on former grazing land that already carries subterranean termite colonies, and builder-installed barriers only keep working if they’re inspected and maintained. An annual termite inspection on a newer home is well worth it.
