Treatments quoted as a programme

A small number of pests cannot honestly carry a fixed re-treatment window, because eliminating them depends on activity levels, property preparation or the weather rather than on a single visit. Bed bugs, German cockroaches, general cockroach treatments and mosquito treatments are quoted as a programme of visits matched to the level of activity, with the expected number of visits explained before you book. Bird nest removal and bird spike installation are one-off removal and installation services, warehouse fumigation and stored-product pest treatments are one-off treatments, and commercial pest management carries the guarantee terms set out in your service agreement, matched to the service frequency. How the Free Re-treatment Works

The process is deliberately simple, because a guarantee that is hard to use is not much of a guarantee at all.

  • Call us. If the covered pest reappears within your guarantee period, phone 03 9449 4244 and let us know what you are seeing.
  • We book a return visit. We find a time that suits you, usually quickly, and confirm the details.
  • We re-treat at no charge. Your technician re-treats the affected areas covered by your original treatment. There is no call-out fee and no cost for the covered visit.
  • We check the cause. A return visit is also a chance to look at why the pest came back, so we can advise on anything at the property that is drawing them in.

How does the free re-treatment work?

Is there a call-out fee for a return visit?
